The Michigan State Spartans picked up a much needed 77-65 victory over Oakland Wednesday night at the Breslin Center. Coach Tom Izzo changed the starting lineup following last week’s loss to Northeastern. Nick Ward led the Spartans with 25 points. Stevie Clark led Oakland with 13 points in the loss.
