A 56-year-old Coleman woman was jailed earlier this month after she was caught eating and drinking inside a Harrison store, and not paying for items. Nancy Couturier was arraigned Monday for the charges after police used social media tips for an arrest. She was charged with first degree retail fraud and habitual offender status.
