The Detroit Lions struggled mightily in their chance to clinch the NFC North title, falling 17-6 to the New York Giants Sunday in New Jersey. The Lions defense performed well once again, but the offense struggled, failing to score a single touchdown. Unless Detroit beats Dallas next weekend and Green Bay falls to Minnesota, the Lions and Packers showdown in the season finale at Ford Field should determine the division champion.
