A 22-year-old and a 24-year-old Saginaw man on parole was arrested by Mt Pleasant police after admitting to smoking marijuana. Idrease Moten and Ladonnis Duncan were driving near Mission and Broomfield around 12:30AM on Wednesday when police stopped them for failing to insure Moten’s vehicle. Moten was also arrested for driving on a suspended license and a parole violation. Duncan also violated parole.
