Police arrested a foster care resident on Monday after police say he stabbed a worker and a roommate in his Isabella County home. According to the police report, 25-year-old Lonney Lavoye was upset about certain rules in the home on Airport Road and had a dispute with the 37-year-old direct care worked. She was stabbed twice before a 47-year-old resident attempted to stop Lavoye, and was also stabbed. He remains in jail in lieu of 10 percent of a $600,000 bond.
