Isabella County wood chipper manufacturer Morbark named David Herr as the new chief executive officer. Herr served as a member of the Board of Directors prior to the appointment. He replaces Dan Ruskin, who resigned because of health issues. Former owner Lon Morey sold the business in March to an affiliate of Stellex Capital Management.
