50-year-old ex-convict Bradley Albee of Harrison is back in jail. Albee led police on a short chase through a residential neighborhood and was caught with methamphetamine and marijuana. Police initially tried stopping him for an equipment violation. Albee remains jailed on $250,000 bond. He had recently been released from prison in January.
