Central Michigan University and Mid Michigan Community College both earned gold status in the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency’s “Veteran-Friendly School Program.” Alma College also earned bronze status in the statewide program ranking schools based on their commitment to providing on-campus service to students who are veterans. The program recognized 57 schools in 2015, and 65 in 2016.
