Police charged a business owner in Alma for the fire that destroyed multiple downtown storefronts in March. 59-year-old Michael Young, the owner of Young’s Health Gym faces up to 25 years in prison and hefty fines if found guilty of arson. Young’s Gym was one of the businesses destroyed in the fire. Alma City Manager Phil Moore said the gym was in the process of moving to a new location.
