The Detroit Tigers stayed hot against the Minnesota Twins, picking up an 8-3 victory Tuesday night in Minneapolis. Victor Martinez and Eric Aybar both homered for Detroit. Anibal Sanchez looked alright once again, allowing three runs in seven innings while picking up the win.
