Police released the names of the people killed in a crash on U.S. 10 in Clare County on Monday morning. 86-year-old Ines Brocht of Marion drove the wrong way down the freeway when she struck 71-year-old Charles Sarbach of Windsor, Ohio, killing both drivers. 71-year-old passenger Janelle Sarbach remains in critical condition in Midland.
