17-year-old Mia Pamp of Mt. Pleasant is the only adult facing felony charges related to a downtown fire, but as many as four teens may face felony charges as well. Police arrested Pamp at the beginning of August after a Mt. Pleasant Police investigation uncovered a video from her Snapchat story that was taken from inside the old Sowle Mayflower warehouse on June 8, showing damage being done to the building.
