A 57-year-old Mt. Pleasant man wanted by police in Mt. Pleasant for attempted murder, Is now behind bars. Paul Vance Ellingston was taken into custody yesterday morning, (9) days after he allegedly stabbed his roommate multiple times. He’ll be charged with attempted murder & unlawful driving away of an automobile charge; both indicate he’s being held without bond.
