The Michigan Court of Appeals overturned a 2013 conviction of a Gratiot County man for possession of marijuana. Jason Johnson pleaded guilty to a Gratiot County Circuit Court judge in 2013 while he was a medical marijuana patient. The Court of Appeals found that he had been entrapped during an undercover drug enforcement team investigation.
