Police found a foster child on Sunday who was reported missing earlier this month from his foster home in the Shepherd area. Sheriff’s deputies say Joshua Borton was healthy and well-cared for during an unscheduled follow-up visit to his mother’s home in southern Isabella County. Borton is a ward of the court in Benzie County and was last seen on June 10th.
