Detroit Tigers catcher Jarrod Saltalamacchia smashed a two-run walk-off home run to lift the Tigers to a 4-2 victory over the Kansas City Royals Sunday at Comerica Park. Rookie Michael Fulmer pitched a career-high eight innings for the Tigers, surrendering only two runs in the victory.
