An elderly Union Township woman went to the hospital early-Saturday morning after a 19-year-old woman hit her and then fled the scene. Isabella County deputies found the woman bleeding and semi-conscious on the road. Later, deputies found a 2005 Buick in a nearby subdivision with front-end damage. Police arrested the woman for being intoxicated and a minor in possession. She later admitted to hitting the woman.
