A funeral service will be held later this month in Edmore for former Blanchard woman Tammy Serrano. 54-year-old Serrano was attacked inside a CVS Pharmacy in her current hometown of Temecula, California on June 13th, and died. The service is set for 1pm on Saturday, July 23rd at Faith United Methodist Church. 31-year-old Brian Saylor of Temecula pleaded not guilty to one count of murder on July 1st.
