A power outage couldn’t stop the Great Lakes Loons from battling to a 6-2 victory over the West Michigan Whitecaps on Wednesday night in metro-Grand Rapids. A car hit a power transformer near the ballpark during the game, shutting off power in the area, and leading to a 45-minute delay. RBIs from Noah Perio, Matt Jones, Logan Landon and Dian Toscano lifted the Loons to victory in a four-run 10th inning.
