Mackenzie Maul testified in Isabella County court against former CMU football player Malik Fountain. Maul and Fountain were involved in a verbal altercation during the early morning hours of December 2nd at the Wayside. She said she recognized Fountain after she was hit. According to the testimony, she fell back after the hit, and when she looked up, saw the same person she confronted.
