44-year-old Scott Pouillon will spend at least 40 years in prison. Pouillon pleaded guilty to killing his mother Cheryl and seriously injuring his father Donald in their home near Harrison in March of 2015. He was also deemed mentally ill, which means he will receive further psychiatric evaluations and treatment in prison.
