Police in Alpena say a man’s been arrested & charged with indecent exposure. John Byron Schultz was arraigned on Oct. 23rd for an incident that reportedly took place near a school. The Police Dept took a report back in May where Mr. Schultz allegedly exposed himself to a student walking home from school, while he sat in his white pickup truck. He’s currently out on bond.
