A surveillance photo led to the arrest of 32-year-old Ross Towne, a Sheridan parole accused of using a credit card belonging to a Vestaburg woman. The woman received a call from her credit card company in late-May saying that there was suspicious activity on her card. One of the businesses she was able to trace the card to was able to provide security photos that led to the arrest.
