Herman Lauer of Mt Pleasant has come forward as the winner of last week’s $1 million Mega Millions lottery drawing. Lauer matched the numbers 25-48-51-65 and 72 to win the prize, and purchased his ticket from the Mt Pleasant Kroger location. He says he plans to pay for his children’s and grandchildren’s education with the winnings.
