A fire broke out early on Friday night and destroyed a building in the Ithaca Industrial Park. Firefighters from Ithaca, St Lous and Alma fought the fire at the old C&S Steel building after receiving a call between 5:20 and 5:30pm. Only a few employees were still using the 30-year-old building since most of the business has moved to a newer structure. Fortunately, the last employee left the building at roughly 5pm.
