35-year-old Mount Pleasant man Cooper Mathewson rear-ended another driver Saturday night, fled the scene, and ultimately was caught and arrested on a third drunk driving charge. Mathewson, who was also driving on a suspended license, said he couldn’t explain the damage to his car, and that he didn’t recall being in an accident.
