The CMU baseball team stayed alive in the Mid-American Conference tournament after defeating second seeded Ball State 4-0 in an elimination game. Pitcher Nick Deeg didn’t allow a hit until the fifth inning for the Chippewas, helping propel them to victory. CMU plays Miami (OH) Friday afternoon in an elimination game at 1pm.
