About 40 Rolland Township residents attended a meeting Wednesday night to learn more about a road bond proposal that will be on the February ballot. The Township is seeking residents to approve a 3 mills a year for 11 years, with the Isabella County Road Commission contributing about $1.2 million in grant funding toward the project.
