A 23-year-old Midland man plead guilty to a noise violation and was sentenced to fines & costs after being arrested on another charge stemming from the violation. On May 21st, Midland Police were called to Connor Fitzgerald’s home for the noise violation. A short while later they were called back for the same complaint & a few hours for the exact same. On October 13th, he was arrested on the warrant issued & was transported back to Midland.
