A non-profit that sets standards of excellence in development has nominated The Broadway Lofts, next to the City Hall building, for a national award. It’s the only development in the Midwest or rural categories to be named a finalist for the Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Housing award from the Urban Land Institute!
