A motion to refer the restoration of 2 way traffic on Ashman & Rodd streets to the Center City Authority, failed in a 2-2 stalemate at the Midland City Council Meeting on Monday @ City Hall. Council member Marty Wazbinski was absent so his vote wasn’t counted.
