Former “Jackass” star Bam Margera is reportedly desperate to connect with his son, Phoenix, but his estranged wife, Nikki, is apparently preventing any communication. Despite attempts to set up FaceTime calls, Nikki has cut off all contact and even refused to accept Christmas gifts for Phoenix.
Apparently, the last time that Bam talked with his son is over two months ago. As far as why he can’t talk with his son…Bam’s instability has been cited as a reason for the difficulty in connecting. That said, Nikki is reportedly ok to set up a FaceTime call as long as it’s supervised, Bam isn’t inebriated in any way, and he doesn’t disparage her.
Meanwhile, it looks like Nikki is moving forward with her split from Bam officially. In court documents seen by TMZ, Nikki shares she wants sole physical and legal custody of Phoenix. She also wants $15 thousand a month for childcare expenses, plus spousal support, and for Bam to go to rehab if he wants to see his son.
