Saginaw Police are asking for help finding a missing man with dementia. 78 year old Turner Fife, was last seen leaving his house on the east side of Saginaw about 3 p.m. on Monday! He was driving an ’08 burgundy Cadillac CTS w/ Mich license registration of EHC-7887. He also went missing back in January & was found in Charleviox when his car ran out of gas.
