An Isabella County man is behind bars after being accused of assaulting police on Sunday and claiming he murdered his wife, who was later found alive but injured. County prosecutor charged, 48 year old, Cuong Phi Nguyen (Cuong Phi Winn) of Chippewa Township with felonious assault, (3) counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and aggravated domestic violence. He was arraigned yesterday, ordered to remain behind bar in lieu of a $15,000 bond!
