A Saginaw man accused of the murder of an Isabella County woman,will not face the death penalty. Federal Prosecutors filed notice in the US District Court in Bay City, last week. IF 37 year old Jonathan Ashford IS convicted of 1st degree murder in the death of 33 year old Rosanna Maria Romero from Mt Pleasant; he could spend the rest of his life behind bars.
