A 26 year old Flint woman has been arrested after a fetus was found on a sidewalk, on Tuesday. A medical examiner determined the fetus was 20-23 weeks old. Once the mother of the fetus was located, police took her to the hospital for treatment, then arrested her upon discharge. Charges are now pending.
