Isabella County Chief Judge, Eric Janes will sentence Joel Patrick Dorlice Travis, who murdered a 16 year female teen from Big Rapids, on April 21st at 9am, after issuing an opinion, that her death was pre-meditated. Travis plead guilty back in December to an open charge of murder.
