A Midland woman is jailed for allegedly attempting to strangle a 14 yr old girl and allegedly assault a 23 yr old man. 40 year old Michelle Kilbreath, was arrested after one of the alleged victims called 911. She was arrested at her home on counts of assault to do great bodily harm less than murder, child abuse & 2 counts of domestic violence. She’s lodged in the Midland Co Jail on a $5,000 cash surety bond.
