There are 224 Mid Michigan counties, cities & townships now included that the Michigan Dept of the Treasury is distributing over $59.5 million to, as part of the the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act. This means each eligible municipality & county will receive more than $51,000 for every licensed retail store & micro-business located within its jurisdiction.
