Three Mid-Michigan dairy farms have received National Dairy Quality Awards from the Nat’l Mastitis Council. They were among 16 dairy farms in the state that earned honors during their annual meeting in Atlanta last week. Gross Farms, owned by Steve Phil & Kevin Gross of Weidman; the Tjerk & Ramona Okkema farm from Blanchard AND the Louis & Ronald Brecht farm from Shepherd who earned themselves a Silver Award.
