A tribal judge who has filled in on the bench of the Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Court has now become the first member of an Indian Tribe on the Michigan Court of Appeals. Gov. Whitmer announced the appointment of Judge Allie Greenleaf Madonado while attending a Tribal Summit in Sault Ste. Marie.
