The Shepherds Lions Club has selected David E Travis as their Outstanding Citizen of the Year. He’s has lived in Shepherd his entire life, has played an active role in the community. His contribution to the Police Dept, The Tri-Township Fire Dept, volunteering with the Shepherd Sugar Bush, Syrup Fest; and a member of the Lions Club has decorated the town. He was honored on Tuesday night at the annual dinner.
