City employees in Alma are investigating a discharge of untreated sewage into storm drains that empty into the Pine River. City staff say (3) scenarios could be at play here, including a ruptured sewer line, a pipe that services both sewer & drain lines OR a purposeful dump of untreated sewage material. The investigation continues.
