Valerie Haney, the assistant of Leah Remini, claims she was held against her will during her time at the Church of Scientology, and she’s now trying to drag Tom Cruise and Elizabeth Moss into things. The dispute is in arbitration within the church, and Haney chose Moss as her arbitrator. Moss refused, so now Haney’s asking for Cruise to be her arbitrator, and if he refuses, she says she wants Shelly Miscavige, the wife of Scientology leader David Miscavige. The church has so far had no comment.
