A man from Lake sentenced to probation in May could be heading to trial, accused of possessing guns, drugs & stolen vehicles, after an informant allegedly purchased meth from him. 58 year old, Jack Erin Fenton, sold the informant 8.1 grams of meth on June 30th at his residence on W Battle Road. The undercover agent then left & returned a short time later & searched the home.
