A Clare homeowner who shot & killed a man who broke into his home & said that he was Satan, will not face criminal charges. Prosecutor, Michelle Ambrozaitis said in a social media post yesterday, she will not file any charges against the man, who killed 48 year old Kevin Lighthall, on May 5th…stating that he was was legally justified in the shooting.
