Michigan State Police are investigating.. after a man is accused of pouring syrup into a woman’s fuel tank, at a parking lot in Alpena on Sunday April 3rd. The victim said she & her boyfriend were confronted by a man, when an altercation took place while trying to leave without her vehicle starting up. An arrest warrant was made for 42 year old Jeremy Michael Fischer on May 18th. He was given a $25,000 cash bond.
