CMU’s former gymnastics coach, is suing the university, saying his termination was motivated by age & they broke the terms of his contract with the faculty association in doing it. Jerry Reighard, was fired in April 2019, filed the suit, last February. Seeking at least $25,000 cash and a jury trial.
