Kendall Jenner’s tequila brand “818” is being sued by competitor “Tequila 512.”
“512” claims Jenner ripped off the brand’s “area code for the name” and has too similar of a color scheme.
Kim Kardashian is also being called out in the lawsuit for promoting the “818” brand.
“512” wants a judge to halt the production and sales of Jenner’s company.
