A judge will decide if Virginia Giuffre’s case against Prince Andrew will go forward. She’s suing him in New York City claiming that he sexually assaulted her when she was 17 years old. She claims that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked her to him. He’s denied Virginia’s claims, and his lawyers claim that he’s covered by a 2009 deal that she made with Epstein. Judge Lewis A Kaplain said he’ll be rendering his decision on the case soon. He didn’t give a definitive date.
